Bristol COaching
Walks

Why are we trying to come up with big ideas in such small, cramped and uninspiring spaces?

Connecting to nature is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves right now, which is why I run Bristol Coaching Walks. Now that we can get back outside again, it's time we used those natural spaces to help us set goals, come up with big ideas and make them a reality.

I'm a qualified RD1st Coach that has been trained specifically for working with Creatives. Together, we’ll spend an hour walking, talking and setting intentions for how you can move your creative practice forwards.

So what exactly is a coaching walk?

You might be struggling with how to turn your side hustle into a proper business.

You might want to try something new but don’t know where to start.

You might be sick of getting distracted and not having the motivation to work on your creative practice.

On a coaching walk, we’ll meet outside in an open space and spend 60-75 minutes together. In that time, I’ll ask you questions about the sort of thing that you want to focus on or work towards. There will be space for you to think through your ideas and I will support you to come up with solutions to your problems and barriers.

I believe in you. If you decide to make a positive change in your life, then you’ve already made your first step. The answers you need are already there and working with me will only unlock them for you.

Are you interested in taking your first step towards that positive change?
